Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original Alegria box and secure them inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
